SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. For credit card orders, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
All orders are shipped via UPS. Standard shipping is via UPS ground service, and shipping rates are dependent upon the service you select, as well as your location. Rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process. You will be able to review these charges prior to final confirmation of your order. UPS 2-day and 3-day express shipping is also available: contact us for exact shipping costs if you require expedited shipping for your order.
For your security, an adult signature is required for delivery of all orders.
TRACKING
UPS tracking numbers are normally e-mailed within 24 hours of the completion of your order.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, a product ordered from us will be “sold out” or on back-order from the manufacturer. While we try hard to avoid this, when it does happen, we will contact you within 24-48 hours, to notify you of the situation, and to inform you of the estimated arrival date of your product, or available options. In all cases, if the fulfillment of your order will be delayed, you will be given the option of continuing or canceling the order with us.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
All orders are shipped insured against damage. If your product should arrive damaged, please contact our customer support department immediately for assistance.
